A small independent publisher making one thing: a plain-spoken, research-based sexual health guide for adults who never got a decent education on the subject.
Most people are taught almost nothing useful about sex. School covers biology and risk. Pornography teaches performance that does not translate. Friends exaggerate. What is left is a widespread, quiet assumption that everyone else got a manual and you did not.
BedCoach exists to close that gap for adults, without shame and without mysticism. Sex is a skill. Skills can be described, practised and improved.
One product: Sex is a Skill: The Complete Guide — a PDF covering anatomy and arousal, communication and consent, technique, common difficulties, and a structured four-week practice plan with printable worksheets. It is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
The free quiz on this site takes about a minute and points you to the parts of the guide most relevant to your situation.
The material is built from published sexual-health and psychology research and from guidance issued by recognised sexual-health bodies. Where evidence is thin or contested, we say so instead of inventing certainty. Where a problem needs a doctor rather than a book, we say that too — and there is a section devoted to exactly which symptoms those are.
We are not clinicians. The guide is education, not medical advice, diagnosis or therapy. It does not replace a doctor, a urologist, a gynaecologist or a qualified sex therapist, and it is not intended to.
We do not sell supplements, devices, subscriptions or coaching calls. There is one guide at one price, and that is the entire business.
The quiz asks personal questions, so we built the site to hold as little as possible: no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no data sold to anyone, ever. The details are on our privacy page, written in plain language rather than legalese.
BedCoach is small enough that a real person reads every email. Write to support@bedcoach.org — about the guide, a refund, your data, or anything that is wrong with the site.
