What to include

You will get a faster answer if you mention:

the email address you used at checkout, or your Stripe receipt number;
which language edition of the guide you bought;
for a refund, just the word "refund" — no explanation needed;
for a privacy request, what you want (a copy of your data, or deletion).

Response times

General support: usually within one business day.
Refund requests: approved within one business day; the money reaches your card in 5–10 business days.
Privacy and data requests: within 30 days, normally much sooner.

Please note

We cannot give medical advice, diagnose a problem, or tell you whether a symptom is serious. If something about your sexual health worries you, please see a doctor or a qualified sex therapist. That is not us being cautious for legal reasons — a book genuinely cannot examine you.

We also cannot take payments, change card details or process orders by email. Everything to do with payment happens through Stripe at checkout.
